Once you are a member of the Scent Artist Club, for every 100 Red Dots you earn, you’re eligible for a $5 voucher. Vouchers increase in increments of 5, as illustrated below: 

• 100 Red Dots = $5 Voucher 
• 200 Red Dots = $10 Voucher 
• 300 Red Dots = $15 Voucher 
• 400 Red Dots = $20 Voucher 

Rewards can be redeemed online and in-store on purchases of $25 or more. As soon as you generate enough Red Dots to qualify for a voucher, they will appear at checkout in a drop-down list, and you can choose how much you want to use in that transaction. There is a $25 minimum on your order if you want to use a voucher. Please note, vouchers expire after 3 months.

Your Red Dot balance will determine your Scent Artist Club Tier. As of 23/07/2026, there will be four Scent Artist Club Tiers:   

• Tier 1: Starter = 0-249 Red Dots 
• Tier 2: Collector = 250-749 Red Dots 
• Tier 3: Artist = 750-1,499 Red Dots 
• Tier 4: Red Dot Approved = 1,500+ Red Dots

Your tier is valid for 12 months from the date you entered the new tier.

Your Scent Artist Club tier remains valid for 12 months from the date you enter it. Within this period, you must earn the required number of Red Dots to stay in your tier; otherwise, you will automatically be downgraded by one tier.

· To stay in the Collector tier, you need to earn at least 250 Red Dots.

· To stay in the Artist tier, you need to earn at least 750 Red Dots.

· To stay in the Red Dot Approved tier, you need to earn at least 1,500 Red Dots.

If you do not earn any Red Dots within 12 months of reaching a new tier, your Red Dot balance will reset to zero, and you'll be downgraded one tier below to the current tier.

You will not be downgraded below the Starter Tier or removed from the Scent Artist Club due to inactivity. 

If you are subscribed to our marketing communications, we will send you a reminder before your tier expires.

Please note that refunds may also result in a tier downgrade.

You can view your Red Dot balance, Tier, Vouchers and Reward History by signing in and visiting your Jo Loves account dashboard.

Red Dots remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of accrual. Red Dots expire on a rolling basis, with each Red Dot expiring individually 12 months after it is earned.

You have 12 months from the date of accrual to redeem your Red Dots. Once a voucher is created, you have 3 months to redeem your credit. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued.

To receive your birthday reward, you must be opted in to our email communications. We can only send your reward if you’ve added a valid date of birth to your account at least 14 days before your birthday.

If we don’t have your birth date before your birthday, we may not be able to send you your code. Please email us at advice@joloves.com if you would like us to add your birthday for you!

We aim to email you with your exclusive reward on your birthday.

The code to redeem your birthday will be displayed in your birthday email from Jo Loves.

This code is redeemable once at any point during your birthday month. In your birthday email you will receive a unique link that will send you to a page with your gift, you must add this to your basket and then apply your code at checkout.

The following terms and conditions apply to and govern the Jo Loves Scent Artist Club.

These terms and conditions, together with our website T&Cs and our Privacy Policy apply to the Jo Loves Loyalty Programme (the "Programme") and govern the relationship between Jo Loves and you. Signing up for the Programme will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All Programme applicants must be individuals aged 18 years or older. Members will be able to update their personal details online at joloves.com. Members may opt out of direct marketing or request deletion of your personal data held by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Programme is only for personal and consumer use. Red Dots can only be earned, held, or transferred as set out in these terms and conditions, or in the terms relating to any promotions and offers related to the Programme, and may not be earned, held or transferred, or otherwise traded in any other way.

We reserve the right to suspend or to terminate any Member's Programme account if, in our sole discretion, we consider that the Member has breached the terms and conditions, supplied false or misleading information, or acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other Member or to our staff.

Members will accumulate Red Dots when they make qualifying Jo Loves purchases or complete qualifying actions. Red Dots remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of accrual. Red Dots expire on a rolling basis, with each Red Dot expiring individually 12 months after it is earned.

The following terms shall apply to every Member's accumulation and use of Red Dots: if a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the Red Dots awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly. You can check your Red Dots balance at any time online. Red Dots have no cash value.

The following terms shall apply to the redemption of any Red Dots: Members can redeem Red Dots online upon reaching the qualifying level;
100 Red Dots = £5 off

200 Red Dots = £10 off

300 Red Dots = £15 off

400 Red Dots = £20 off

Rewards can be redeemed online (on the website corresponding to the country where the loyalty account was created)  and in-store on purchases of £25 or more, excluding delivery charges and after any other discounts have been applied. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or vouchers and have no cash value.

Rewards are valid for 3 months from the date of redemption and are available exclusively to logged-in Scent Artist Club members.

Vouchers are non-transferable and limited to one per transaction. Customers may redeem a maximum of £20 in vouchers per transaction unless otherwise stated by us. If an order placed using a voucher is returned, any Red Dots or voucher amounts applied will be adjusted accordingly.

Any Red Dots that were accredited to a Member's Programme account will be lost if the Member's Programme account is terminated or the Programme is closed. Redeemable vouchers are not eligible for use in conjunction with any other promotional codes or vouchers.

We also reserve the right to revoke Red Dots or vouchers if we believe a Member has attempted to abuse or manipulate the Loyalty Programme in any way, at our sole discretion. Jo Loves employees, sub-contractors and/or their agents may not participate in the Programme. We may terminate any Member's Programme account should the account be inactive for a period of 24 months or more. A Member can terminate his or her Programme account at any time online by notifying our customer support by phone or email at advice@joloves.com.

Account information will also only be available to Members online at joloves.com. We will correct an account if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be wrong but, unless there are clear records showing this, our decision is final.

Red Dots are personal to an account and cannot be transferred or combined with another account to redeem a reward.

Jo Loves may amend the Benefits it offers Members at any time.

By registering for the Jo Loves Loyalty Programme you have the option to agree to us contacting you by e-mail, post or telephone with promotional offers, competitions, news and updates. We process your data in accordance with applicable laws and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our website T&Cs.

We cannot be responsible for any unauthorised use of Red Dots.

Changes to the Scent Artist Club Loyalty Program

As of 22nd July 2025, all customers who make a purchase will be automatically enrolled into our Scent Artist Club. However, the ability to view, access, and redeem loyalty points and rewards is reserved for customers who actively create a customer account.

• Auto-Enrolment: Customers who make a purchase from the date of this change will be automatically enrolled into the Scent Artist Club. Points and eligible rewards (such as vouchers) will begin to accrue from this date. However, these customers will not be able to view or redeem any points or rewards until they have completed the account creation process. 
• Members with a customer account: will have full access to their points balance, transaction history, and the ability to redeem points for rewards.
• Points Accrual: Points will begin to accrue from the date this change takes effect. Any purchases made prior to this date will not be backdated for points, regardless of when the customer joins the program.
• Joining Later: Customers who initially made purchases without opting in but later choose to join the Scent Artist Club will see a points balance reflecting any eligible purchases made from the date of this program change onward.
• All Scent Artist Club members:  will maintain the lowest tier, Starter, even if they earn 0 Red Dots within a 12-month period. Members will not be downgraded or removed from this tier due to inactivity.

We encourage all customers to create an account to be part of the Scent Artist Club to take full advantage of the benefits and rewards available. 

 Opting out: To opt out of the Scent Artist Club, please reach out to Customer support.

These terms and conditions may change and Members will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms and conditions when they go online at joloves.com. As such we strongly encourage you to review these terms and conditions from time to time.

We may suspend or terminate the Programme at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such event, Members will be notified and all accounts will be suspended or terminated.

The limit of our liability under these terms and conditions will be exclusive to a Member who suffers a direct loss as a result of our breach of these terms and conditions and in those circumstances, our sole liability will be to credit to the relevant Members. Programme account such Red Dots as may have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to limit any liability we may have for death, personal injury or fraud. These terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

These terms and conditions and any dispute, claim or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter.
