Once you are a member of the Scent Artist Club, for every 100 Red Dots you earn, you're eligible for a $5 voucher.

You can redeem a maximum of one $5 voucher per order. Vouchers can be redeemed online and in-store on purchases of $25 or more, before taxes and shipping. As soon as you have enough Red Dots to qualify for a voucher, it will appear at checkout, where you can choose to apply it to your order. Vouchers cannot be used alongside other promotions, discount codes or gifts. Please note, vouchers expire after 3 months.

Your Red Dot balance will determine your Scent Artist Club Tier. As of 23/07/2026, there will be four Scent Artist Club Tiers:   

• Tier 1: Starter = 0-249 Red Dots 
• Tier 2: Collector = 250-749 Red Dots 
• Tier 3: Artist = 750-1,499 Red Dots 
• Tier 4: Red Dot Approved = 1,500+ Red Dots

Your tier is valid for 12 months from the date you entered the new tier.

Your Scent Artist Club tier remains valid for 12 months from the date you enter it. Within this period, you must earn the required number of Red Dots to stay in your tier; otherwise, you will automatically be downgraded by one tier.

· To stay in the Collector tier, you need to earn at least 250 Red Dots.

· To stay in the Artist tier, you need to earn at least 750 Red Dots.

· To stay in the Red Dot Approved tier, you need to earn at least 1,500 Red Dots.

If you do not earn any Red Dots within 12 months of reaching a new tier, your Red Dot balance will reset to zero, and you'll be downgraded one tier below to the current tier.

You will not be downgraded below the Starter Tier or removed from the Scent Artist Club due to inactivity. 

If you are subscribed to our marketing communications, we will send you a reminder before your tier expires.

Please note that refunds may also result in a tier downgrade.

You can view your Red Dot balance, Tier, Vouchers and Reward History by signing in and visiting your Jo Loves account dashboard.

Red Dots remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of accrual. Red Dots expire on a rolling basis, with each Red Dot expiring individually 12 months after it is earned.

You have 12 months from the date of accrual to redeem your Red Dots. Once a voucher is created, you have 3 months to redeem your credit. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued.

To receive your birthday reward, you must be opted in to our email communications. We can only send your reward if you’ve added a valid date of birth to your account at least 14 days before your birthday.

If we don’t have your birth date before your birthday, we may not be able to send you your code. Please email us at advice@joloves.com if you would like us to add your birthday for you!

We aim to email you with your exclusive reward on your birthday.

The code to redeem your birthday will be displayed in your birthday email from Jo Loves.

This code is redeemable once at any point during your birthday month. In your birthday email you will receive a unique link that will send you to a page with your gift, you must add this to your basket and then apply your code at checkout.

The following terms and conditions apply to and govern the Jo Loves Scent Artist Club. These terms and conditions, together with our website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, apply to the Jo Loves Loyalty Program (the "Program") and govern the relationship between Jo Loves and you. Signing up for the Program will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

All Program applicants must be individuals aged 18 years or older and residents of the United States. Jo Loves employees, sub-contractors and/or their agents may not participate in the Program. Members will be able to update their personal details online at joloves.com. Members may opt out of direct marketing or request deletion of their personal data held by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Residents of certain states may have additional privacy rights, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Program is only for personal and consumer use. Red Dots can only be earned, held or transferred as set out in these terms and conditions, or in the terms relating to any promotions and offers related to the Program, and may not be earned, held, transferred or otherwise traded in any other way.

We reserve the right to suspend or to terminate any Member's Program account if, in our sole discretion, we consider that the Member has breached the terms and conditions, supplied false or misleading information, or acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal or offensive way to any other Member or to our staff.

Earning Red Dots, expiration and tier status
Members will accumulate Red Dots when they make qualifying Jo Loves purchases or complete qualifying actions. Red Dots expire on a rolling basis, 12 months from the date they were earned. Any Red Dots not redeemed within 12 months of being earned will be removed from the Member's balance.

A Member's tier is determined by the total number of Red Dots earned in the previous 12 months. Redeeming Red Dots for a reward does not reduce a Member's tier status. Tier status is reviewed on an ongoing basis:
· When the Red Dots earned in the previous 12 months reach the threshold for a higher tier, the Member will move up to that tier.
· When Red Dots earned more than 12 months ago expire, and the remaining total falls below the threshold for the Member's current tier, the Member will move to the tier that matches their remaining total.
Members will not be moved below the Starter tier.

Tier Structure and benefits (based on Red Dots earned in the past 12 months):

Tier 4: Red Dot Approved - 1,500+ Red Dots
· Red Dots earned per $1 spent = 2.5 Red Dots
· Priority access to new launches, offers and events

· Selective sampling of new product launches

*Holiday Gift: please note that only customers who reach the Red Dot Approved tier by November 1 will receive this gift.

Gifts are subject to availability. Tier gifts cannot be used on the same order as a Red Dot reward.

The following terms shall apply to every Member's accumulation and use of Red Dots: if a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the Red Dots awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly; you can check your Red Dots balance at any time online. Red Dots have no cash value.

Redeeming Red Dots
The following terms shall apply to the redemption of any Red Dots:
· Members can redeem Red Dots once they have a balance of at least 100 Red Dots. 100 Red Dots can be redeemed for a $5 reward.
· A maximum of one reward of $5 can be used per order. Rewards cannot be combined to increase the discount on a single order.
· Rewards can be redeemed online and in-store on purchases of $25 or more, before taxes. The minimum spend excludes shipping charges, taxes and gift card purchases.
· Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount or gift, including Gifts from Jo, discount codes, promotional pricing, the Birthday Gift, the Welcome to Tier Gift and the Holiday Gift, unless the terms of that promotion expressly state otherwise. Rewards are not stackable. Where a Member is eligible for both a reward and a gift on the same order, they may choose one.
· Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
· Rewards are single-use and must be used in full in one transaction. Any unused value will be forfeited, and no change, credit or cash alternative will be given, except where required by law.
· Red Dots will be earned on the amount paid after the reward has been applied, excluding shipping and taxes.
· Rewards are valid for 3 months from the date of redemption and are available exclusively to logged-in Scent Artist Club members. Expired rewards cannot be reissued, and the Red Dots used to redeem them will not be returned.
· If an order on which a reward was used is refunded in full, the reward will be reinstated to the Member's account if it is still within its validity period. Rewards will not be reinstated for partial refunds.
· Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.

We may terminate any Member's Program account should the account be inactive for a period of 24 months or more. A Member can terminate their Program account at any time by notifying our customer support by phone or email at [advice@joloves.com]. Any Red Dots that were credited to a Member's Program account will be forfeited if the Member's Program account is terminated or the Program is discontinued.

Account information will also only be available to Members online at joloves.com. We will correct an account if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be wrong but, unless there are clear records showing this, our decision is final.

Red Dots are personal to an account and cannot be transferred or combined with another account to redeem a reward.

Jo Loves may amend the benefits it offers Members at any time.

By registering for the Jo Loves Loyalty Program you have the option to agree to us contacting you by email, mail, telephone or text message with promotional offers, competitions, news and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. We process your data in accordance with applicable laws, our Privacy Policy and our website Terms of Use.

We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized use of Red Dots.

These terms and conditions may change and Members will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms and conditions when they go online at joloves.com. As such we strongly encourage you to review these terms and conditions from time to time.

We may suspend or terminate the Program at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such event, Members will be notified and all accounts will be suspended or terminated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms and conditions will be limited to a Member who suffers a direct loss as a result of our breach of these terms and conditions, and in those circumstances, our sole liability will be to credit to the relevant Member's Program account such Red Dots as may have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to limit any liability we may have for death, personal injury or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

These terms and conditions and any dispute, claim or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in [County, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter.
